RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We are committed to your complete satisfaction but hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. Due to these health reason there are no EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND permitted. 

Return (if applicable)
1. If the wig is defective upon receipt, please contact us for the return address, return is accepted within 3 days after the buyer receives their order and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.If it is quality issue or we ship wrong wig, we will pay the return shipping fee but please choose the same shipping company we used to send your order. we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3.After receiving the returned goods, we will make a replacement depending on our available stocks, if not available, a refund will be issued.

5.If item is damaged by buyer, we will not accept any exchange or refund

All wigs are thoroughly inspected and pictures taken before leaving our Warehouse, and double checked before sent to you in order to ensure consistency and quality.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not accept exchanges unless we send wrong order and the item must be in the original state, unused, original packaging and same condition that you received it. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you out

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hrs of placing your order. Cancellation of an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please keep in mind a $55 Cancellation/Restocking fee will apply after 24 hours.
